Weekly picks for DraftKings Pick’em
The original model had another good performance in week 13, going 3-2. That brings its overall record to 36-29 on the season. Earlier this week I posted the picks for the Circa and Westgate contests. I also posted my pick for survivor, as I have 1 entry still alive and chasing $1.2 million dollars.
The original model and the New Mexico system were not aligned for any picks in week 13. That leaves the season performance at 6-7 ATS. The systems are once again aligned on 2 picks this week. Both models like Denver at Las Vegas and the Chargers home against Philadelphia. Hopefully both cover the spreads and the aligned plays get above .500 on the season.
The original model continued its domination of the New Mexico model in head-to-head matchups. In week 13 the systems disagreed on 2 games. The Original model like Houston and Atlanta while the New Mexico model backed the Colts and the Jets. The results were split as Houston beat Indianapolis and the Jets rallied to beat the Falcons. That brings the head-to-head matchup to 6-2 in favor of the original model. There are no head-to-head matchups this week, so the original model will continue with it’s domination.
